These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
Students applying to the Educational Assistant Certificate must have:
- 50% in ELA 30-1 OR 65% in ELA 30-2
OR
- Accuplacer Test with a minimum score of 250 on the Reading component, 250 on the Writing component, and 5 on the WritePlacer Essay.
- ACCUPLACER Test Validity: successful results must be obtained within two years of the start date of the program.
OR
- Successful completion of 9 post-secondary credits (3 courses).
Equivalent courses are accepted to meet admission requirements. Academic Upgrading course equivalents are available at RDP. |
